"Across three states, Jenny was hands-down the best divorce lawyer I worked with! Authentic, savvy, insightful, tough, empathetic and effective. Can ’t say enough good things about her."
In The Untouchables, Jim Malone (Sean Connery) and Eliot Ness (Kevin Costner) turn to the police academy for a key piece to their team. Never ones to let a good idea go by unused, Triangle Smart Divorce went to the Raleigh Police Academy for our newest key piece and legal assistant, Sarah Ashley.
Okay, that’s not exactly accurate – Sarah was indeed participating in academy duties that included flag detail, physical training, communication techniques, and learning North Carolina laws and statutes. And, like Andy Garcia, when asked why, she answered, “To better protect and serve the City of Raleigh,” but there’s more. Much more.
Sarah graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State where she majored in Criminology, with minors in Psychology and Political Science. Between NC State and the academy, Sarah has spent the last year doing a lot, which included working in the Detective Division assisting with phone extractions, case organization, and inputting digital evidence as well as participating in ride alongs with police officers, assisting during domestic, mental health, juvenile, and other calls.
In other words, experiences far beyond the usual for any college student.
Somewhere along the line, Sarah decided that she wanted to help people and families directly, at the source as it were, and pursued a career in family law. Then she found us. We couldn’t be more pleased.
In her spare time, Sarah loves spending time outdoors, country music concerts, cheering on the Wolfpack, and watching true crime documentaries.
