Jasmine Peele-Garcia
Overview
Jasmine Peele-Garcia joins Triangle Smart Divorce as a Summer Law Clerk while attending North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she serves as a Staff Editor for the Law Review and has developed a strong interest in family law. In particular, she is passionate about child welfare work and helping families navigate difficult situations.
Before law school, Jasmine earned her degree in Family and Community Services from East Carolina University and spent several years working directly with clients in the legal field. Her experience managing cases, supporting attorneys, and helping hundreds of clients confirmed what she already suspected: she enjoys work that allows her to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Although she was born in Kansas, Jasmine considers North Carolina home. When she’s not studying or working, you’ll likely find her spending time with friends and family, trying a new restaurant, or planning her next trip. And if she’s taking a break from being active, she’s probably unwinding with a true crime or legal drama series—strictly for research purposes, of course.
